**Job Summary**

Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Manage Front Office Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the front office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • **Supervise Reservations and Guest Arrivals**: Ensure that all reservations and guest arrivals are handled in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • **Drive Sales and Marketing Targets**: Work closely with the sales department to drive sales and marketing targets within the front office team, ensuring that key deliverables are met.
  • **Utilize Front Office Systems**: Ensure that all front office systems are utilized effectively, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • **Supervise Lobby Services**: Oversee the supervision of lobby services, ensuring that guest arrivals and departures are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • **Liaise with Maintenance**: Regularly liaise with maintenance to ensure that maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficiently, with a focus on guest needs.
  • **Operate Night Audit Function**: Ensure that the night audit function is operated effectively, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • **Prepare Front Office Reports**: Prepare regular front office reports, commenting on key performance indicators and providing insights for improvement.
  • **Support Housekeeping and Maintenance**: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure that room cleanliness standards are maintained and that room standards, public areas, and resort assets are maintained.
  • **Ensure Public Areas are Clean and Well-Presented**: Regularly monitor public areas to ensure that they are clean and well-presented, with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • **Adhere to WHS and Compliance Procedures**: Ensure that all WHS and compliance procedures are adhered to, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
