We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office operation to achieve exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Lead the Front Office Team:** Supervise and motivate a team of Front Office staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • **Operational Excellence:** Ensure the efficient management of Front Office operations, including reservations, guest arrivals and departures, and room allocations.
  • **Sales and Marketing:** Drive sales and marketing targets within the Front Office team, working closely with the Sales Department to achieve key deliverables.
  • **Reporting and Analysis:** Produce accurate and timely reports to meet operational needs, including night audit, receivables, and key performance indicators.
  • **Customer Focus:** Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure adherence to WHS and Compliance procedures and policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • **Experience:** Proven experience in a Front Office management role, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service.
  • **Leadership:** Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • **Communication:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • **Analytical:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
