As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel and fostering the growth and financial success of our Field Service business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and direction to team members, ensuring effective utilization of labor and resources.
  • Coordinate field service technicians on a day-to-day basis to meet customer and business needs.
  • Process and respond to warranty claims in accordance with Sandvik processes.
  • Develop and train field service personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with all business lines to provide a consistent service and support to customers in the region.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

We are looking for a Mount Isa local with previous supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment and trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline (minimum of 5 years post-trade experience). A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) would be advantageous.

You will have a strong EHS management culture, a drive to achieve company targets and goals, and excellent communication skills to ensure customer expectations are met.
