We're looking for someone exceptional to lead a new project at Tanda: building a simple, high-value employee rewards program.

The role

The Employee Rewards Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships that deliver genuine value to employees. This isn't about running a two-sided marketplace or selling advertising. It's about locking in the handful of benefits people actually care about and rolling them out at scale through Tanda - to 100's of thousands of users.

  • Identify and secure core rewards (fuel discounts, supermarket gift cards, gym memberships, theme parks, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Curate, screen, and track rewards to ensure quality and consistency
  • Work with product and design to deliver a smooth employee experience in our app
  • Measure uptake and usage, and refine the program based on data
About you

You're commercially sharp and operationally capable. You can:

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable talking and pitching to customers
  • Negotiate with suppliers and strike good deals
  • Manage multiple partnerships without dropping the ball
  • Think strategically but also execute quickly
  • Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in loyalty programs, partnerships, or category management is ideal, but not essential. What matters most is that you're resourceful, persistent, and outcome-driven.
