About the Role
As Technical Project Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of new trading functionality across a large-scale SaaS platform. You'll manage multiple squads (50–60 people) spanning different regions, ensuring trading product builds are delivered to scale, on time, and in line with the overall architecture roadmap.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery of trading functionality.
  • Manage distributed teams, balancing capacity with delivery needs.
  • Translate complex trading requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions aligned to product strategy.
  • Drive agile delivery – setting standards for development frameworks, documentation, and reporting.
  • Act as the delivery bridge between business/product teams and technology squads.
  • Ensure SaaS deployments, API integrations, and cloud-native builds are executed to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Trading domain expertise – experience with trading platforms, systems, or products. Background with organisations like FNZ, HUB24, Bravura, Netwealth, SS&C, GBST, ASX, J.P. Morgan, Avaloq highly valued.
  • Large-scale technology delivery – proven track record running major software delivery programs with multiple squads/teams.
  • Platform/product expertise – strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery and technical platform builds, ideally in wealth/trading contexts.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence in scaled agile environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS, domain-based APIs, React UI. (desirable)
  • Prior exposure to UK financial services or trading environments. (desirable)
