Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. As a member of our software development team, you will design, develop, and deploy services that comprise our globally distributed trading platform.

You will work closely with fellow Engineers, Traders, and Researchers to develop a deep understanding of trading, exchanges, and what the 'machine' is doing. Your challenge is to further innovate and maintain the foundation underlying our wider infrastructure.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing high-quality software that balances complex system performance in a reliable trading environment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of services.
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing codebases to ensure scalability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working as a Senior Software Engineer on distributed systems.
  • Mastery of one or more object-oriented programming languages (C++, Java, C#, or Golang).
  • A passion for solving complex problems with well-engineered, fit-for-purpose code.
  • A solid grasp of computer science fundamentals like operating systems, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proven ability to work through the full software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
