Senior Technical Project Manager

This is a leadership opportunity to drive the delivery of trading functionality across a large-scale SaaS platform. You will be responsible for managing a team of 50-60 people, spanning Australia, Vietnam, and the UK.

The role involves working closely with solution architects, developers, designers, and portfolio leaders to ensure that trading product builds are delivered to scale, on time, and in line with the overall architecture roadmap.

  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of trading functionality.
  • Manage distributed teams, balancing offshore capacity with onshore delivery needs.
  • Translate complex trading requirements into clear, actionable technical solutions aligned to product strategy.
  • Drive agile delivery – setting standards for development frameworks, documentation, and reporting.

You will also act as the delivery bridge between UK-based business/product teams and Australian technology squads.

We're looking for an experienced leader who can inspire innovation and drive results. If you have a strong track record in leading large-scale technology delivery programs and experience with Jira and Confluence in scaled agile environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute SaaS deployments, API integrations, and cloud-native builds to the highest standard.
  • Ensure smooth handovers from design/discovery into delivery.
About You
  • Trading domain expertise – experience with trading platforms, systems, or products.
  • Large-scale technology delivery – proven track record running major software delivery programs with multiple squads/teams.
  • Platform/product expertise – strong knowledge of SaaS product delivery and technical platform builds, ideally in wealth/trading contexts.
  • Familiarity with AWS, domain-based APIs, React UI.
  • Prior exposure to UK financial services or trading environments.
