About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our luxury fashion store in David Jones Kotara. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for empowering and leading your team to achieve targets and drive growth. Your goal will be to create an exclusive and luxury shopping experience for our customers, building long-lasting relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Empower and Lead: Step into this role ready to empower your team to achieve targets and drive growth. Provide guidance and support to ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Focus: Create an exclusive and luxury shopping experience, building long-lasting relationships with customers. Your goal is to ensure each customer feels valued and appreciated.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, conveying the Anthea Crawford essence each day. Ensure that the store environment reflects the brand's sophistication and style.
  • Sales and Financial Performance: Drive sales and minimise costs to ensure the financial performance of your store. Use your financial acumen to make informed decisions that benefit the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day store operations with a high level of autonomy. Coordinate with staff across the business, and maintain the 'rhythm of the business.'
