Hotel Sales and Revenue Growth Manager

Mercure, a leading hospitality company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions to attract new business.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for expansion.
- Pitching and Negotiation: Pitch our hotel's unique offerings to potential clients and partners through persuasive presentations and negotiations.
- Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, hospitality, or hotels.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
