About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at Healthcare Professionals Group. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our impressive range of Generic and Ethical products, as well as OTC options, to Pharmacy customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our product portfolio ethically and effectively
  • Develop and implement quarterly business plans to drive sales growth
  • Strive to surpass sales targets for dispensary and OTC products
  • Provide high-level customer service to our Pharmacy customers
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and commercial skills to drive business decisions
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Australia's Generic/Pharmacy industry
  • Territory management experience in Pharmacy, highly regarded
  • Excellent understanding of Australia's dispensary channel
  • Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets
  • Pharmacist looking to move into the commercial side of Pharmacy, highly regarded
  • Existing pharmacy channel relationships/networks, highly regarded
  • Superior commercial skills with a strong foundation of KAM principles, focused on ROI
  • Tertiary qualifications in either a science/business discipline
  • Unrestricted Driver's License
