About Our Client
">Our client is a leading property management company, renowned for their exceptional team and commitment to staff growth. Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their principles & associates' team.
The Role
">This is a senior administration position that requires managing client relationships, processing sales, and supporting the sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Verifying contracts and ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date
- Processing sales from exchange through to settlement, including rescission notices
- Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, vendors, and purchasers
- Generating settlement letters and EFTs for directors to sign
- Daily banking and trust account management
- Updating internal systems, including electronic filing
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and NSW Fair Trading requirements
The Ideal Candidate
">We are looking for an individual with previous experience in real estate administration, holding a current Certificate of Registration. The successful candidate will possess strong admin and organization skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and processes.
