About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to develop your skills further while working in a private company in Sydney's Inner City. Our client, a Print & Packaging company, requires an Administrative Assistant to support their Aluminium team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders and consignment stock transfers using SAP and in-house IT systems.
  • Address client inquiries via phone and email, including courier tracking and follow-up.
  • Manage production orders and related processes.
  • Support daily operations of the Aluminium team, including order processing, supplier communication, and tracking of stock and backorders.
  • C coordinate logistics, including importation, customs clearance, and export documentation for shipments to New Zealand and Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to identify and implement system improvements in SAP and in-house IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate SAP records, providing customers with proof of delivery, packing lists, and test reports as needed.
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining shared spaces.
  • Provide administrative support during staff absences and assist the Sales team during travel or leave.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferable), ideally in FMCG/Consumer Goods (preferable).
  • Strong customer service and account management skills.
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritising, and effective time management.
  • Positive and proactive problem-solver.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and management.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • ERP software experience (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
