**Role Responsibilities:**

  • This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, Monday to Friday, with no hybrid working arrangement.
  • Processing orders by cut-off schedule, via phone, text, or other communication methods.
  • Providing general administration support to the sales team and General Manager.
  • Contacting potential customers to develop warm leads for the sales team.
  • Reaching out to current customers for weekly orders.

**Requirements Overview**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or telesales roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, particularly when interacting with customers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, or willingness to learn.
