About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth exchanges and settlements.
  • Manage and update our database on the intranet, maintaining accurate records and information.
  • Perform reception duties, greeting clients and providing a professional welcome.
  • Book advertising and upload listings to various portals, showcasing our properties to a wider audience.
  • Assist with key administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
Work Schedule and Benefits

This full-time position offers a Monday-to-Friday work schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Salary and Package
