Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team as an Sydney FMCG Sales Administration Professional. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries with professionalism and ensuring quick and accurate responses.
  • Order Processing: Oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring accurate data entry and on-time order fulfillment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and efficient process flow.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, creating sales kits, and providing essential support.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and assisting in CRM management.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a sales administration or similar role is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in data entry and order processing is necessary.
