Are you ready to embark on a journey of a lifetime? As a key player in our team, working closely with the travel sales unit and management, you will drive growth, improve client retention, and increase revenue through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong professional relationships and communication with key business clients
  • Create tailored strategies for each business client to maximize money moved and boost revenue through effective selling practices
  • Provide clients with data-driven insights and reporting mechanisms through regular business reviews
  • Collaborate with the existing business team to develop standard methodologies for client onboarding
  • Deliver expert guidance on global payments strategy for merchants
  • Maintain a current knowledge of all services provided by the organization and uphold a professional relationship with clients at all times

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision. You will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced individual with 5+ years of account management experience or similar role, possessing skills in inside sales, customer objection handling, and leadership. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, as is experience with project management tools like Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk.
