International Sales Expert Role

This position involves driving business growth by promoting financial solutions to larger SMEs and mid-level companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Originating new business through autonomous targeting of Middle Market prospects.
  • Cross-selling a range of financial products with sales teams, including lending, cash management, FX hedging, and payment services.
  • Understanding client environments, strategies, and industries to provide optimal financial solutions.
  • Analyzing the capabilities and gaps of competitors to position Ebury's banking solutions effectively.
  • Promoting sales through regular client meetings, discussing new products, market developments, and industry insights.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales environment, preferably within FX and Payments.
  • Strong Financial Services sales experience and an established network of contacts.
  • Experience working in commercial banking, selling to mid-size corporates, coupled with experience in a different environment (start-up vendor, FX specialist, cash management).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements.
Essential Competencies
  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Comfortable with phone sales approach.
  • First-class communication skills, able to win people's commitment and buy-in.
  • Able to develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment.
