At Viscount Reuse, we are committed to sustainability and growth. As a Retail Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leading our engagement with key retail accounts in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-level customer account plans to ensure regular engagement with key supermarket retail accounts.
  • Ensure all retail contracts are executed in line with agreement requirements.
  • Regularly report progress against targets for revenue and key project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop detailed plans to deliver in-budget revenue growth targets.
  • Work with the General Manager to review the current retail landscape in NZ and develop plans to protect and expand retail accounts.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales/business development or leadership roles working with large supermarket/retail groups.
  • Action-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate to deliver cross-functional business outcomes.
  • Strong customer orientation and drive to deliver superior customer solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in business or similar discipline. MBA highly regarded.
