Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Key Account Manager to lead our engagement with key retail accounts, including Woolworths, Aldi, and Coles in Australia, and support our work with Foodstuffs in New Zealand. As a key member of our sales, marketing, and innovation team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to protect and expand our retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive best-in-class retail engagement across PACT Group's business, ensuring regular engagement with key supermarket retail accounts.
  • Develop multi-level customer account plans to ensure sequenced engagement across the year for all key supermarket retail accounts.
  • Ensure all retail contracts are executed in line with agreement requirements, and regularly report progress against targets for revenue and key project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop detailed plans to deliver in-budget revenue growth targets, and work with the General Manager of VFCC to review the current retail landscape in New Zealand and develop plans to protect and expand our retail accounts.
  • Provide strategic advice to the business leadership team, and contribute to the development of our sales, marketing, and innovation strategy.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales/business development or leadership roles working with large supermarket/retail groups.
  • Action-oriented with strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate to deliver cross-functional business outcomes.
  • Strong customer orientation and a drive to deliver superior customer solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a similar discipline, with an MBA highly regarded.
