Customer Experience Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow and scale customer experience services, ensuring agility in responding to evolving customer needs.
  • Implement forward-thinking communication strategies across various platforms, including phone, chat, text, email, and video.
  • Establish a customer-centric culture by leveraging CRM systems, marketing campaigns, cross-selling, up-selling opportunities, customer lifecycle management, and digital adoption.

About You:

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Possess at least 5 years' experience in similar roles within large diversified companies.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry-related concepts.
  • Proven track record of leading customer-facing teams or contact center environments.
