Lead Data Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data strategy and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework that enhances risk management and compliance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve risk identification and compliance monitoring.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret risk and compliance data, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards and reporting tools that effectively communicate key risk and compliance indicators to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data science, computer science, or business administration.
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal areas, particularly within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence practices, and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
