Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Strategist to lead our retail team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer-focused strategies to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement local customer relations action plans
  • Elevate customer satisfaction by executing a customer-centric culture throughout the unit
  • Build business competence and lead, coach, and develop the full team
  • Implement global solutions, services, and tools to support daily operations within the customer function
  • Analyse customer-related and financial KPIs and act with relevant stakeholders
  • Promote a family-friendly environment that converts more visitors to happy customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience in a similar role, including cash handling and performance management
  • Incredible people management skills and ability to identify, support, and nurture talent
  • Strong ability to inspire the team to prioritize the customer experience
  • Adaptable mindset and ability to reflect and remain agile in a constantly changing retail environment
  • Highly developed skillset in analysing data and deriving insight

Work Environment: This role is a permanent full-time position, working a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. Domestic relocation is supported, and co-worker parking is available.
