Service Delivery Strategist

The role of a Service Delivery Strategist is to drive the development and implementation of digital service strategies that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive strategic responses, briefs, submissions, presentations, reports, and information papers to influence the development of service architecture and related project, digital planning, and investment issues and decisions.
  • Provide specialist advice relating to service architecture, influencing the broader architecture, ICT planning, and any investment activities.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate open communication, and capture and disseminate information.
  • Contribute to the review of architectural strategies, designs, and roadmaps that meet the strategic requirements of the health system.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing, contributing to, and reviewing architectural strategies, designs, and roadmaps.
  • Ability to provide specialist advice relating to service architecture.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic direction that enables the delivery of sustainable, value-for-money, fit-for-purpose services and technologies.
