- Analyze reports from internal assessors and trades to compile relevant information for insurers.
- Collaborate with customers to confirm scope of works and schedule repairs based on priority.
- Proactively share repair updates with stakeholders to foster transparency and trust.
- Support the resolution of customer complaints within established company processes.
- Pursue first-call resolution and meet key performance indicators.
