Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving assigned cases in a fair and timely manner.
Your New Role
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine proper policy coverage and conclude the claim resolution process efficiently.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including insureds, agents, and service providers, to maintain positive relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Interpret policy coverage to determine if it applies to submitted claims.
- Receive, record, and process incoming insurance claims in accordance with established procedures.
- Authorise payments within scope of authority and settle claims in the most cost-effective manner while ensuring timely disbursement.
- Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arrange investigations to prevent financial loss.
About You
- Prior experience in a similar role within motor claims is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology.
- Passion for motorcycles is a plus but not required.
