Claims Resolution Specialist

The role of a Claims Resolution Specialist involves managing new domestic property claims from clients and establishing a pathway to resolve the customer's claim. This includes handling a portfolio of claims that require dedicated focus and expertise due to the complexity surrounding the claims or customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end claims management, including policy interpretation, liaising with stakeholders, settlement negotiation, and claim resolution.
  • Proactively and strategically working with customers on identifying and driving solutions.
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers, providing an experience inline with client expectations.
  • Act as an expert reference point and mentor to colleagues.
About You:
  • Previous experience managing complex domestic property claims, including but not limited to escape of liquids, break-and-enter claims.
  • A comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work to deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
