Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of claims, including compiling detailed and accurate monthly statements for clients. This role requires strong analytical skills to investigate, negotiate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
A key aspect of this position is maintaining complaint data for effective tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate should also have experience with tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer complaints resolution time.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A trade or engineering qualification would be beneficial, along with previous project administration experience.
You should also have experience in a similar role across the utilities industries, with knowledge of terminology and legislative requirements. Proficiency in SAP and the ability to compile specialised reports for clients are essential.
