Job Title: Claims Resolution Specialist

About the Role

This position involves managing new domestic property claims from clients and establishing a pathway to resolve customer claims efficiently.

You will be responsible for handling a portfolio of complex claims that require dedicated focus and expertise due to their complexity or customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end claims, including policy interpretation, liaison with stakeholders, settlement negotiation, and claim resolution.
  • Proactively work with customers to identify and drive solutions.
  • SUPPORT vulnerable customers in line with industry expectations.

You will act as an expert reference point and mentor to your colleagues.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience managing complex domestic property claims, including escape of liquids and break-in claims.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the General Insurance Code of Practice.
  • Strong policy analysis and interpretation skills.
  • The ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work to deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
