Strategic Partners Manager Role

This is a permanent opportunity to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane CBD. At our company, we strive to make work meaningful by finding better ways to work together and own our impact.

We're expanding our Strategic Partners team with an experienced relationship builder who can thrive in both business development, account management and project delivery. As a Strategic Partners Manager, you'll build long-term, trusted partnerships with key manufacturing, retail and property customers, helping them optimise energy demand, reduce emissions, and deliver measurable sustainability outcomes.

  • Expand our customer base, focusing on the manufacturing, retail and property sectors.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring seamless, end-to-end energy solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling customer value propositions across commodity and non-commodity solutions.
  • Identify, secure, and grow high-value opportunities through new business development and account growth strategies.
  • Lead or support major acquisition and retention initiatives, influencing C-suite decision makers.

  • You will enjoy winning new opportunities while understanding target sectors and nurturing relationships for the long term.
  • You should be self-driven and able to work across cross-functional teams to deliver on customer needs and business targets.
About You
  • To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker who can understand long-term business objectives and effectively execute plans.
  • You should have innovative ideas and creative solutions to address energy challenges.
  • You should demonstrate B2B business development experience with a proven track record of delivering growth.
  • You should have experience working with manufacturing, retail and/or property portfolio clients.
  • You should have experience in the energy sector, spanning both commodity and non-commodity solutions.
  • You should have commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage C-suite executives and influence decision-making.
