Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in driving the energy sector forward. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and stakeholders across various segments, including renewable energy generation, storage, transmission build out, and optimisation strategies for infrastructure investors, developers, and utilities.

About the Role
  • Identify key value drivers and risk mitigation strategies for energy M&A transactions
  • Lead the execution of transactions through financial modelling, diligence, financing, and transaction negotiation
  • Provide seamless integrated experiences for clients throughout the growth and optimisation M&A journey

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to business plan initiatives and build strong client relationships by demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of their operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a transaction role within an advisory environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in M&A, project, and corporate finance structuring
  • A strong desire to make a difference in decarbonising our economy with evident passion for the energy sector
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, engineering, and/or law
  • Strong work ethic coupled with adaptability towards new challenges within a collaborative team setting
  • Proficiency in assignment delivery and presentation of results reflecting high-quality standards
