Key Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead our QLD operations.

This pivotal role requires a professional who can develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth across the region, strengthen relationships with distributors and customers, forecast market potential, and design action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic visit plan to drive sales growth.
  • Strengthen relationships through exceptional listening skills, deep understanding of customer needs, and proficient communication.
  • Forecast market potential within the region.
  • Design and implement action plans to expand into new markets and attract new customers.
  • Build lasting relationships with senior management and key decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality CRM systems.
  • Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information.
