Role Overview

Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, is seeking an ambitious Sales Team Lead to join our fast-growing team. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for accelerating the distribution of our products with a specific focus on the APAC market and our recently acquired business Till Payments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage, onboard, and train a growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are responsible for generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities.
  2. Be a hands-on leader, supporting prospecting and qualification until the team grows to a sufficient size where this is not effective.
  3. Track and measure key performance indicators for yourself and your team.
  4. Demonstrate best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and their value to potential and existing clients – and pass this on to your team.
  5. Manage time efficiently and prioritize workload to generate own results as well as team results.
Requirements
  • Ambitious individual with 1-2 years of Sales Development experience, ideally both inbound and outbound.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience running Sales Development Teams or SaaS Account Executive experience.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in role.
  • Ambitious individual with lofty career goals.
  • Emotional Intelligence.
  • Team player.
