Strategic Organisational Development Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Organisational Development Expert to join our team at The University of Queensland.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and capability development.
About This OpportunityIn this key role, you will lead UQ's annual Pulse Staff Engagement survey, providing critical insights to senior leaders and influencing positive change across the university.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that enhance UQ's culture, foster engagement, and support organisational growth.
Your expertise will drive impactful action plans that empower teams, while your collaboration with HR and other stakeholders will elevate organisational capability and leadership.
About You- Extensive experience in organisational development, with proven expertise in driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and capability development.
- Strong analytics skills and expertise using contemporary software platforms to analyse and manipulate data sets to generate actionable insights, and create informative reports for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating workshops and delivering impactful training sessions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trusted relationships and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $111,154 to $124,619 per annum, plus 17% superannuation contributions.
In addition to the salary, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
- 26 weeks paid parental leave or 14 weeks paid primary caregiver leave.
- 17.5% annual leave loading.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
