This is a high-performing team supporting a Federal Government customer based in Canberra.
The role involves providing expert Level 3 support across Windows Server and cloud platforms, administering and maintaining hybrid infrastructure: on-prem, AVS, and Azure-native.
- Expertise in complex, hybrid environments with confidence in cloud technologies and system integration.
- Extensive experience with Windows Server 2016–2022 and strong hands-on expertise in the Azure Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency with VMware environments, knowledge of Azure VMware Solution (AVS), Azure networking and hub-and-spoke topology.
- Familiarity with virtual server management, application services and the Cloud Adoption Framework.
- Experience as a Systems Engineer with a deep understanding of the expectations of working with government clients in secure, high-stakes environments.
- Certifications: MS900, MS102, AZ900, AZ104 NV1 Security Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Share Point Online, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
