Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in designing, securing, and optimising cloud environments for enterprise solutions.

  • Design and build scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage) for enterprise applications.
  • Implement integrations with identity management systems, security layers, and network boundaries.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Configure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
  • Monitor cloud infrastructure health using monitoring tools and services.
  • Continuously optimise the environment for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with architects and security leads to align infrastructure with the overall design.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience as a cloud infrastructure engineer, preferably in government or secure environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud networking, firewalls, NSGs, and identity integration.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) automation tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Proven history of delivering secure cloud-hosted enterprise solutions.
  • Baseline or NV1 security clearance (required).
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms into cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of containerisation and cloud Kubernetes services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
