This investment will scale Vault's SECRET Cloud and introduce new services such as the AUKUS cloud capability, directly addressing Australia's strategic national security demands.

About The Role: This is a pivotal role, reporting directly to the CIO, where you'll be empowered to shape the Cloud Operations team in your own leadership vision.
You will lead multiple teams (Infrastructure, Network, Applications) along with the Service Desk Lead, and play a vital role in the technical operation of Vault's highly secure cloud services for some of the nation's most critical customers.
You'll oversee and uplift service management across our Open Stack cloud environment, modernise platforms, uplift and drive ITIL compliance, and champion service excellence in a high-consequence environment.
You will be responsible for: Leading technical operations across Vault's cloud infrastructure and services.
Implementing, uplifting and maturing ITIL-based processes and frameworks..
Shaping and scaling a high-performing operations team.
Engaging in continuous improvement of service delivery, vendor management, and platform modernisation.
Being a key stakeholder in the development and implementation of Vault's new Vault products and services, including AI.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate: Proven experience of successfully leading and managing a technical Operations team to deliver high performance and operational excellence.
Strong leadership skills are absolutely essential to being successful in this role.
Technical leadership in service operations through the ITIL framework.
