Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Level 1 Cloud Operations Support and Service Desk resource to join our team, providing essential support for mission-critical tools that underpin Vault's classified cloud environments.
In this role, you will assist with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure, high-stakes systems vital to national security, while supporting the next generation of government technology.
Based in our Canberra office, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Australia's cyber defense efforts in the digital domain.
You will be responsible for: Providing our customer with an outstanding experience by helping to capture the demand for incident resolution and service requests.
Adequately assess customer tickets and resolve in line with Vault processes.
If unable to resolve at first point of contact effectively escalate to the relevant person.
Systematically observe services and service components and record and report selected changes of state identified as events and resolved as required.
Ensuring that services achieve the agreed and expected levels of performance.
