About the Role:

Australian Unity is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients who require assistance with financial and legal affairs. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and develop an annual budget that meets their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and attend client meetings to discuss their financial and legal affairs
  • Complete the annual Client Review process and the annual budget/investment review
  • Take responsibility for decisions made on behalf of clients, ensuring they align with the Delegation Framework and relevant SMEs are consulted
  • Effectively manage the end-to-end client relationship, engaging key stakeholders and implementing processes to ensure their needs are met
  • Ensure appropriate structures are implemented to protect client assets

About You:

  • Experience working directly with clients, ideally those with a disability or mental illness
  • Experience working with IT systems and maintaining files and records
  • Sound understanding of financial principles, including investment approaches and asset classes
  • Capacity to acquire knowledge relating to the administration of trusts and financial administration legislation
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
