Job Summary:

PRGX Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director, Client Engagement to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their expectations are met, and driving mutual growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact for the client.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with multiple contact levels at the client, focusing on top executive levels.
  • Monitor performance and client adoption of PRGX's offerings, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Resolve complex issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, discussing performance reports and KPIs, and offering insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell PRGX solutions and educate clients on our products and value proposition.
  • Represent PRGX at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand and foster new relationships.

Requirements:

  • Completion of college education.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in client engagement, client relationship management, or similar role on large and complex client engagements.
  • Deep subject matter expertise of the source-to-pay and/or procure-to-pay cycles.
  • Experience selling complex solutions into the Accounts Payable, category management, and/or procurement functions within large grocery, retail, and/or Fortune 500 companies.
  • Demonstrated achievement of managing key client accounts in the source-to-pay/procure-to-pay space.
