Job Overview

Deliver Patient-Centric Care in a Multidisciplinary Environment

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will provide safe and effective post-anaesthetic care to patients and their families. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will use clear and effective communication to plan, implement, assess and evaluate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered care to patients undergoing specialized procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Advocate for the unique needs of all patients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and those from culturally diverse backgrounds
Requirements:
  • Current registration as Registered Nurse – Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in acute care nursing as a registered nurse
  • Ability to prioritize work and provide person-centered care
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
