Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.
About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will utilize your clinical expertise to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each client. Your primary goal will be to facilitate the client's return to work or help them transition to a new career path.
You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries, including transport, agriculture, government, construction, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
- Conduct various clinical assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body
