As a seasoned Property Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals and businesses affected by loss or damage to their properties. You will be part of a dedicated team that works closely together to provide a seamless end-to-end claims experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, confident individual with excellent communication skills, capable of conducting site inspections, ascertaining cause and extent of damage, and providing expert advice to stakeholders.
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with a loss adjusting/claims background, tradespeople, property managers, or individuals with transferable skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver professional and excellent service when completing on-site assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
- Communicate clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes, and claim progress to all stakeholders.
- Clearly document all decisions made and reasons, including ownership details, reserve changes, and acceptance/rejection of claims.
Desirable qualifications include prior experience as a Loss Adjuster, trade qualifications, or relevant professional certifications. However, we also recognize the value of similar skills in similar industries.
