Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a vital role in helping clients regain independence and achieve their goals through workplace rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement programs to assist clients in returning to the workforce.
  • Undertake vocational assessments, initial needs assessments, and worksite assessments.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to empower clients to transition into employment.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and collaborate with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve successful outcomes.
