About the Role

Atturra is seeking an experienced Learning Lead to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Business Applications Change & Adoption team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the learning plan for the successful adoption of Technologyone System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing learning needs analysis leveraging end user feedback, field interactions, and subject matter expertise to adjust learning plan and curriculum.
  • Work with customers on instructional design and content authoring approaches for training development.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across different business units to support their functions.
  • Create and implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge and learning principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniques.
  • Lead a team of instructional designers and trainers to execute the learning plan.
  • Plan, design, develop, organize, and edit instructor-led and online training content.
  • Develop and manage the execution of the training delivery schedule for two releases.
  • Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests.
  • Participate in content review, revision, and sign-off cycles.
  • Support the execution of learning communications campaigns aligned with the overall communications approach and change plan.

Requirements

  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated training plans and good working knowledge of any large ERP's like SAP, TechnologyOne, Oracle, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong ERP training skills.
  • Expert in setting up and using tools such as Articulate Rise and SAP Enable Now for the development of learning content.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
