Learning and Development Specialist Airport Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Melbourne Airport. As a key member of our Learning and Capability team, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive learning and performance initiatives that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Learning and Development Administration: Manage and maintain training records on our Learning Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate face-to-face and online learning programs, collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop enterprise learning solutions, and liaise with external partners to deliver training programs.
- Workplace Safety: Conduct all work in a safe and sustainable manner, identify and follow safe work practices, and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Demonstrable relevant work experience within the Aviation sector relating to learning, compliance, and auditing principles.
- Knowledge and previous application of relevant regulatory and statutory obligations relating to aviation, safety, and security.
- Experience facilitating classroom or on-the-job training/programs.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment) preferred.
