Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing L&D initiatives and frameworks that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Learning and Development calendar that aligns with our operational priorities and organisational values.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver internal learning activities that meet the needs of our business.
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and supervisors on performance management, coaching, and development.
- Manage training registers and provide regular reports to the HR Manager.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Proven experience in a Learning and Development role, with a strong track record of delivering successful L&D initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Effective time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
