We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Hornsby.

As a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs, and building strong relationships with our local community.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be self-motivated, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including in-store, phone, and digital platforms
  • BUILDING strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs and preferences
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of Medibank products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer outcomes
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance customer experience and efficiency

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

This is a full-time opportunity with flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home or in-store. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and access to a range of employee benefits and rewards.
