As a key player in our organization, the Account Manager/Customer Success Specialist will play a vital role in managing and growing relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.

About the Role

This client-facing position involves communicating effectively with C-suite stakeholders, leading presentations, and tailoring messaging to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will be confident in executive settings, capable of driving adoption, presenting insights, and resolving complex client needs with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise accounts by developing strong partnerships and fostering trust.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders, present ideas, and negotiate agreements.
  • Lead high-impact presentations that engage diverse audiences, providing tailored messaging and solutions.
  • Navigate challenging conversations, provide strategic solutions, and maintain client trust through active listening and effective problem-solving.
  • Analyze client data using Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to gain valuable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders, develop strong relationships, and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to navigate complex conversations, provide strategic solutions, and maintain client trust.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze client data and inform decision-making.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.

  • Background in an agency environment, with experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience as an account executive or account manager, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Understanding of agency workflows, design principles, and the customer lifecycle, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes.
