We are currently seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, managing their risk management and insurance broking needs.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
  • Leading a Team: You will lead a team of professionals, responsible for client service and sales activities. Your role will be to motivate and develop your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives and developing strategies to meet their risk management and insurance broking needs.
  • Business Development: You will identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our portfolio. This will involve developing proposals, presenting to clients and negotiating contracts.
  • Risk Management: You will work closely with clients to understand their risk management needs and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
