
Exceptional Client Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.
- In this role, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering exceptional client experiences and events.
- You will support the execution of in-boutique activations, client treatments, and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in line with our guidelines.
- You will curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events.
- You will coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with stakeholders and departments.
- You will support reporting and client insights for boutique teams.
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention.
- You will build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

Reporting to the Client Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the execution of events and experiences that exceed client expectations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinating logistics and administration for events and experiences.
- Providing CRM support to the Oceania network.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on marketing campaigns.
